To create this tag you will need:

PSP and Animation Shop

A Tube

I used art by Ismael Rac

Tubes and license can be bought at his Store

Mura Seamless-Polkadot

Xero- Porcelain

Font of choice

Ready?

Lets begin!

 

Choose a dark color for your FG and a lighter shade of the same color for BG

Make a FG/BG gradient on the FG

Angle 45, Repeats 3

Blur, Gaussian Blur, 20

Add Noise, Uniform, 20

Duplicate Layer

On the duplicate

Mura Seamless- Polkadot - These settings:

Blend Mode to Overlay, or try some other Blend Mode

Merge visible

Copy and Paste as a New Image

Crop to 150x150

This is your Avi-set aside for now

Back to our Tag

New Layer

Fill with dark color

Select all-contract 1-delete-deselect

New Layer

Select all-Modify- Contract 6-fill with gradient

Contract 5-delete-deselect

This drop shadow, 1, 1, 85, 1

Duplicate this layer twice for a total of 3

On all 3 layers-DSB Flux Bright Noise-65 mix checked

Paste your tube and move where you want it

Give it a blurry drop shadow

Crop your tag

Make sure your tube layer is below your 1 px border layer

Add your Name, CR Layer and License # if necessary

Close your background layers and your bright noise layers and merge visible

Un-hide all layers

Animate as usual

For the Avatar

Add the 1 px border

New layer just above the BG layer

Select all-Modify- Contract 5-fill with gradient

Contract 3-delete-deselect

This drop shadow, 1, 1, 85, 1

Duplicate this layer twice for a total of 3

On all 3 layers-DSB Flux Bright Noise-65 mix checked

Animate as usual
