Animated Glitter Tutorial
I use this technique a lot , so I thought I would write this little mini-tut about it.
You need PSP and Animation Shop DSB Flux-Bright Noise Open both PSP and Animation Shop For this example we will glitter my name like so:
New Image-600x250-White Background Type out your name in font and color of choice Rasterize type and add a drop shadow Duplicate name layer twice for a total of three layers On the bottom name layer-DSB Flux-Bright Noise For this I used Mix checked -45% You can choose whatever percentage you like and can try the darker or lighter button depending on color used Play with it a little to get what you want Just make sure you use the same settings on all three name layers Then Bright Noise again on the middle and top layers hitting the mix button each time (or whatever button you used the first time) Now to animate it Hide your top two name layers - Edit -Copy Merged Now go over to Animation shop edit- paste as new animation Back in PSP- Hide the bottom and top name layers and unhide the middle one Edit-copy merged - In Animation shop edit- paste after current frame Back in PSP- Hide the bottom and middle name layers and unhide the top one Edit-copy merged - In Animation shop edit- paste after current frame View animation- If you like it, save as a gif and you're done!
