To create this set you will need
A Tube - I used art by Keith Garvey
Tubes and license can be bought at MPT
MuRa Meister - Copies
Xero - Porcelain -Blue 0- (optional-I like the soft look it gives to the tube)
Font of choice - I used Whisper
PSP and Animation Shop
Both are sold by Corel
Ready?
Lets begin!

Rectangle Tool - Line Width 10
Draw out a rectangle taller than your Tag

Objects- Align - Center in canvas
Rasterize - Free Rotate 45 degrees Left

Change your FG to your darker color - BG Null
Using your Airbush tool, spray around a little, but don't completely cover the BG
Gaussian Blur 18
Artistic effects - Halftone

MuRa Meister - Copies

Rename this layer Angles
Time to get what we need for our Avatar
Shift + D to copy your tag
On the copy - resize, all layers and lock checked to 150px high
Crop to 150 x 150
Adjust - Sharpen both layers
Set this aside for now
Back to our tag
Paste your tube on the top layer and move it where you want it
Give it a blurry drop shadow
Crop your tag
New layer- move to top if it's not already there
Fill with dark color
Select all - contract 2 - delete - deselect
Now you should have 4 layers
Your BG layer
Your Angles Layer
Your Tube Layer
Your Border Layer
Add your Name, CR info and License # if necessary
Hide the Angles and BG Layers and merge visible
Duplicate your Angles layer twice for a total of three layers
On each of these three layers
DSB Flux - Bright Noise - 45 - Mix checked
Animate as usual
