My Selection - Put in your Selections Folder

AAA Frames - Foto Frame

BKG Kaleidoscope - Cake Mix

Ready?

Let's Begin!

New Image 600x600

Paste your Tube as a New Layer

If it doesn't fill top to bottom use your Pick tool to Stretch it out

Use your Selection Tool to make a narrow Selection like this:

Make sure the selection doesn't have transparent areas

Pick Tool Again

Stretch the Selection on both sides to fill the entire Image

Rename this Layer Pick

Free Rotate 90 Degrees Left

Delete your Stretched Tube Layer

Select the Pick Layer

Use your Selection Tool to select the area or areas where you want your Animation

Promote Selection to Layer - Deselect - Drop Shadow 0/0/80/10

Select the Pick Layer again

AAA Frames - Foto Frame - Default Settings

Make a New Layer - Send to Top

Load Selection SWWTopHat

Fill with a color from your Tube

Deselect - Edge Effects - Enhance More

Duplicate - Image - Offset - 253/0

Duplicate the original

Image - Offset - -253/0

Merge these Layers together

BKG Kaleidoscope - Cake Mix

Magic Wand - Match Mode Color - Tolerance 10 - Feather 0

Click in a white area - Delete - Deselect

Distortion Effects - Twirl 180

Free Rotate 90 Degrees Left

Pick Tool - Pull on the Left and Right handles to reach the edges

Crop to Merged Opaque

Add a little noise if you want and give it a suitable drop shadow

Add your Tube - Drop Shadow 20/20/65/100

Add your Name, CR Info and License

If you don't want your Tag Animated you are done!

ANIMATION

Choose your Promoted Selection Layer

Select All - Keep Selected

Edit - Copy

Fire up Animation Shop(AS)

Paste as a New Animation

Effects - Insert Image Effect

Choose the Noise Effect

Hit the Customize Button

Noise Intensity 60

Random Opacity Checked - Noise Type Grey

Click Ok

Select the First Frame - Delete

You should have 10 Frames

Go back to PSP

Choose the Pick Layer

Edit - Copy

Back in AS

Paste as a New Animation

Hold down the ctrl key and repeatedly hit L until you've made 10 Frames

Choose your First Animation

Select All - Edit - Copy

On the Second Animation - Edit Select All

Paste into Current Frame

Make sure it's lined up right and click to place

This is your Tag

You can Delete the First Animation

Go back to PSP

Hide the Pick Layer and the Promoted Selection Layer

Edit - Copy Merged

Back in AS

Paste as a New Animation

Hold down the ctrl key and repeatedly hit L until you've made 10 Frames

Select All - Edit - Copy

On the Tag - Edit Select All

Paste into Current Frame

Make sure it's lined up right and click to place

Save as a Gif and you're done!
