Ready? Let's Begin! Open a New Image - 600 X 600 - Transparent Select All Copy your Tube and Paste INTO Selection Deselect MuRa's Meister Copies - Wallpaper - Default Settings Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling - Default Settings Filters Unlimited - Special Effects 1 - Shiver - Default Settings
New Layer Load Selection SWWFS16FS1Sel Fill with a color from your Tube Deselect - Rename this FCR1 MuRa's Meister Copies - Line Preset - Default (Hit the reset Button then choose the Line preset) Filter Factory Gallery N - Flip Chop Radial - Default Duplicate - Rename this FCR2 Free Rotate 90 degrees Right - All Layers Unchecked On both of these Layers - Texture Effects - Weave
Make your Weave and Gap colors something just lighter than the Element you're applying it to Select the FCR1 layer Change your FG color to a different color from your Tube Get out your Color Changer Tool Click Somewhere on the Element to change the color Give each of these layers a drop shadow - 1, 1, 100 and 3
Now that we have our Background done, we can get on with making our Set!
Take your Crop Tool Set to 600 X 300 Move the Crop Box all the way to the top of the Tag. Click the Check mark to Apply the Crop
Paste the Tube and move into Position Give it a suitable drop shadow Add your Name, CR Info and License# Add a 1px border This is your Tag Shift+D to Copy the Tag for Later
If you've decide to not animate, then you're done!
ANIMATION Select the Bottom Layer Duplicate it 3 times for a total of 4 layers On each of these Layers Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 - Textures - Texture Noise
Hit the Random Seed button once for each of these Layers Make sure that ALL of your Layers are visible Copy Merged and Open Animation Shop Open Animation Shop(AS) Paste as a New Animation Back in PSP Hide your Top Background Layer Copy Merged - In AS - Paste After Current Frame Hide The Second from the top Background Layer Copy Merged - In AS - Paste After Current Frame Hide The Third from the top Background Layer Copy Merged - In AS - Paste After Current Frame View Animation to make sure you like how it looks Save as a Gif
To make the Avatar In PSP Go to the Copy of your Tag Rezise it to 395px X 200px Take your Crop Tool set to 150px X 150px Move over the area you want for your Avi Hit the Check Mark to Apply Add your Border, Name, CR Info and License Animate same as the Tag
