To create this Set you will need:

Let's Begin!

Open your Tube in PSP

Shift+D to Copy

Close out your Original

Resize Image to 600x250

Lock Un-checked - All Layers Checked

MuRas Meister - Copies - Line Preset - Default

If you have used a small Tube, the Background may not be fully covered

To fix that, just grab your Pick Tool and pull on the handles until you've covered the background

Motion Blur - Angle 45 - 100%

Edge Effects - Enhance More

Crop your Tag to 600x250

New Layer

Selection Tool

Custom Selection

Top - 171

Right - 600

Bottom - 234

Left - 0

Fill this Selection with white or a very light color from your Tube

Deselect - Duplicate and Flip - Merge these two Layers together

Effects - Distortion Effects - Wave

Horizontal Displacement - 5 and 57

Vertical Displacement - 78 and 88

Edge Mode - Wrap

Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 40 and 4

Drop the opacity to 88

Duplicate this Layer Twice for a total of Three Layers

Highlight the bottom one

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise

Uniform - 43 - Mono Checked

Highlight the next one up

Add Noise - Uniform - 44 - Mono Checked

Highlight the Top one

Add Noise - Uniform - 45 - Mono Checked

Copy your Tube and Paste it as a New Layer on your Tag

Place where you like

Give it a blurry Drop Shadow

Crop your Tag to 600x250

Add a New Layer

Fill with a dark color from your Tube

Select All - Contract 2 - Delete - Deselect

Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 40 and 4

Time to Add your Name , CR Info and License #

ANIMATION

Hide your top two Wave layers - Edit - Copy Merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste as new animation

Back in PSP- Hide the bottom Wave layer and unhide the middle one

Edit - Copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit - Paste after current frame

Back in PSP- Hide the middle Wave layer and unhide the top one

Edit-copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste after current frame

View animation- If you like it, save as a gif and you're done!

Shift+D to copy your Tag

Delete the Layers you don't want

Add your Initial and CR info and Lic#

Make a 2px Border like you did for the Tag

Animate if you like

Save and you're done!
