To create this Set you will need:

A Tube

I used art by Ismael Rac

Tubes and License Available at his Store

Xenofex 2 - Constellation

AAA Frames - Foto Frame

 

Ready?

Let's Begin!

Make your BG a medium color from your Tube

Make your FG white or a very light color from your Tube

 

New Image - 600x250

Fill with your BG Color

 

New Layer

Paint Brush Tool - Set like so:

 

Starting in the upper left corner make a design like so:

Duplicate Layer

Image - Mirror - Merge Down

Duplicate Layer

Image - Flip - Merge Visible

 

Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling

 

Duplicate this Layer Twice for a Total of Three Layers

On each of these Xenofex 2 - Constellation

Hit the Random Seed Button once for each Layer

 

On each of these Layers - AAA Frames - Foto Frame

Hide the Top Two Layers for now

 

Now let's get what we need for the Avatar

Shift+D to copy your Tag

Crop the copy to 150x150

Move the Crop box to the center

Click the green check mark to apply the Crop

Apply the AAA Frames - Foto Frame to each if your Layers

Same settings as for the Tag

New Layer - Fill with a Dark Color

Select All - Contract 1 - Delete - Deselect

Add your Name or Initial

Animate like the Tag

 

Back to your Tag

Copy your Tube and Paste as a New Layer

Place as Desired and add a Drop Shadow of choice

 

New Layer - Fill with a Dark Color

Select All - Contract 1 - Delete - Deselect

Add your Name, CR Info and License# (if necessary)

 

ANIMATION

In PSP - Edit - Copy Merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste as new animation

Back in PSP

Hide the bottom Constellation layer and unhide the middle one

Edit - Copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit - Paste after current frame

Back in PSP

Hide the middle Constellation layer and unhide the top one

Edit-copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste after current frame

Edit - Select All - Animation - Frame properties - Change the number to 20

View animation- If you like it, save as a gif and you're done!
