Alien Skin - Eye Candy 5: Textures - Swirl

 

Ready?

Let's Begin!

New Image - 600x250

Choose a darker color from your Tube for your FG

Fill with this color

Effects - Texture Effects - Weave

Make your Gap color the same as your FG color

 

 

New Layer - Custom Selection

Fill with your FG color

Or as in a sample below you can use

A different color from your Tube

Deselect

MuRa's Meister - Copies

 

Duplicate this Layer twice for a total of three Layers

On each of these apply Eye Candy 5: Textures - Swirl

Hit the Random Seed button once each time

On each of these Layers - Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 70 and 5

 

Let's get what we need for the Avatar now

Shift+D to copy your Tag

Crop to 150x150

New Layer - Send to top

Fill with color of choice

Select All - Contract 2 - Delete - Deselect

Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 70 and 5

Add your Name or Initial

Animate like we will for the Tag

 

Back to our Tag

Highlight your BG Layer and Paste your Close-Up as a New Layer

Position as desired

Change the Blend mode to Luminance - Opacity 60

Highlight your Top Layer

Paste your Tube as a New Layer and Position as desired

Crop your Tag to 600x250

New Layer - Fill with your color

Select All - Contract 2 - Delete - Deselect

Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 70 and 5

Add your Name, CR Info and License# if necessary

 

 

ANIMATION

Hide your top two Swirl layers - Edit - Copy Merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste as new animation

Back in PSP

Hide the bottom Swirl layer and unhide the middle one

Edit - Copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit - Paste after current frame

Back in PSP

Hide the middle Swirl layer and unhide the top one

Edit-copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste after current frame

View animation- If you like it, save as a gif and you're done!
