Let's Begin

New Image - 600x250

Choose light and dark colors from your Tube for your FG and BG

Make a FG/BG Gradient

Linear - Angle 45 - Repeats 5

Fill with your Gradient

Andrews 42 - Blasted

Custom Selection

Promote Selection to Layer

Krusty's FX Vol 3- 1.0 - Psychedelic Radial Texturizer

Duplicate and Mirror - Merge Down

Highlight the BG Layer

Edit - Clear

**Note: We're not deleting the Layer - We're EMPTYING it **

Fill this Layer with your Dark Color

Highlight the Top Layer

Play with the Blend Mode here

For the Sample At the top of this page

I used Luminance (L)

For the sample at the Bottom, I used Screen

Merge Visible

Duplicate Twice for a total of Three Layers

On the Top Layer

Magic Wand - Feather set to 5

Click in all the light colored areas where you want Noise

On all three Layers

DSB Flux - Bright Noise

Mix - 27 - Hit the Mix Button once for each Layer

Now we're going to make the Border

Add a New Layer - Send to Top - Rename it Border

Fill with your Darker Color

Select All - Modify - Contract 2 - Delete - Deselect

Drop Shadow - 1, 1, 50 and 5 - Then -1, -1, 50 and 5

On all three Layers

DSB Flux - Bright Noise

Mix - 56 - Hit the Mix Button once for each Layer

Highlight the Top BG Layer

Paste your Tube as a new Layer

Position as desired

Give it a Blurry Drop Shadow

Crop your Tag

Add your Word Art, Name, CR Info and License # if Necessary

ANIMATION

Hide your top two Border and top two BG Layers - Edit - Copy Merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste as new animation

Back in PSP- Hide the bottom Border and BG layers and unhide the middle ones

Edit - Copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit - Paste after current frame

Back in PSP- Hide the middle Border and BG layers and unhide the top ones

Edit-copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste after current frame

View animation- If you like it, save as a gif and you're done!

Shift+D to copy your Tag

Delete all but the Three BG Layers

Crop 150x150

Make the Same Border as you did for the Tag

Add your Initial

Animate as you did for the Tag
