To create this tag you will need:

A Tube

I used art by the fabulous Ismael Rac

Tubes and License are available at his STORE

Italian Editors - Rosone

DSB Flux - Bright Noise

 

Two Selections - HERE

Put it in your My PSP Files/Selections folder

Font of Choice - I used Ambiance BT

 

Ready?

Let's begin!

 

Choose a color from your Tube

New Image - 600x250

Fill with your color

Duplicate Layer

On the Duplicate - Italian Editors - Rosone

You'll have to move the bottom three sliders around

to get a color you like

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

 

Selections - Load/Save Selections

Load your Rosone 1 selection

Delete - Deselect

Load your Rosone 2 selection

Promote Selection To Layer

Deselect

Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 50 and 5

Duplicate this Layer twice for a total of three Layers

On each of these Layers:

DSB Flux - Bright Noise - 45 - Mix

Hit the mix button once for each layer.

Paste your Tube as a New Layer and position where you like

Give it a blurry Drop Shadow

Crop your tag

 

New Layer - Fill with black or a dark color to match

 

Select All - Contract 1 - Delete - Deselect

Time to add your Name and CR Info

 

ANIMATION

Hide your top two DSB Flux layers - Edit - Copy Merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste as new animation

Back in PSP- Hide the bottom and top DSB Flux layers and unhide the middle one

Edit - Copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit - Paste after current frame

Back in PSP- Hide the bottom and middle DSB Flux layers and unhide the top one

Edit-copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste after current frame

View animation- If you like it, save as a gif and you're done!

Shift+D to copy your Tag

Delete the Art and Border layers

Crop Tool - 150x150

Put it where you want it and click the green arrow

Add a 1px border like you did for the tag

Add your Name or Initial

Animate like you did for the Tag
