To create this Set you will need

A Close-up Tube

MuRa's Meister - Copies

DSB Flux - Bright Noise

Ready?

Let's Begin!

New Image - 600x250

Fill with a dark color from your Tube

Adjust - Add Noise - Uniform 50 - Mono checked

New Layer

Make your FG white

Paint Brush Tool - Any brush tip you like

I used the "Surreal" one that came with my PSP

Hold down your left mouse button and paint around on your New Layer

Until you have something like this

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 10

Merge Visible

Effects - Art Media Effects - Brush Strokes

MuRa's Meister - Copies

Duplicate Layer - Flip and Mirror - Lower Opacity to 50 - Merge

Custom Selection

Promote Selection to Layer - Deselect

Effects - Distortion Effects - Ripple

Duplicate this Layer twice for a total of three Layers

On each of these - DSB Flux - Bright Noise

50 - Mix checked - Hit the Mix Button once for each Layer

On each of these - Drop Shadow - 2, 2, 65, 25

Copy your Tube and Paste as a New Layer

Position as desired

Move to just above the BG Layer

Drop shadow of Choice

Crop your Tag

New Layer - Send to Top

Fill with color of choice

Select All - Contract 1 - Delete - Deselect

Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 60 and 5

Add your Name, CR Info and License Number if necessary

ANIMATION

In PSP - Edit - Copy Merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste as new animation

Back in PSP

Hide the bottom DSB Flux layer and unhide the middle one

Edit - Copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit - Paste after current frame

Back in PSP

Hide the middle DSB Flux layer and unhide the top one

Edit-copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste after current frame

View animation- If you like it, save as a gif and you're done!
