Filters: MuRa's Meister - Copies DSB Flux - Bright Noise Filters Unlimited 2.0
Choose two colors from your Tube as FG and BG
Ready? Let's Start! Copy your Tube and Paste as a New Layer Resize - 800 X 800 Lock Unchecked - All Layers Checked MuRa's Meister - Copies Hit the Reset Button Wallpaper(Shrink) - Default Settings Seamless Tiling - Default Settings Motion Blur - Angle 0 - Strength 100% Motion Blur - Angle 180 - Strength 100% Edge Effects - Enhance Edges
Resize Image - 600 X 300 Lock Unchecked - All Layers Checked Edge Effects - Enhance Edges
New Layer Custom Selection Top: 0 - Right: 329 Bottom: 300 - Left: 268 Fill with one of your Colors Deselect MuRa's Meister - Copies Hit the Reset Button Line Preset - Default
Set up your Magic Wand tool Mode: Add(shift) - Match Mode: RGB Value Tolerance and Feather 0 Contiguous and Anti-alias Checked Starting with the second from the left, click on every other one New Layer - Fill with your other color Deselect Merge Down - Enhance Edges Pull the opacity down a little Get your Magic Wand and click in All of the empty spaces Select the Bottom Layer Promote Selection to Layer Deselect Rename this Layer Glitter Duplicate Twice for a total of three Layers On each of these Layers DSB Flux - Bright Noise 85 - Hit Mix once for each of these Layers Leave these Layers Visible
New Layer Send to Top Fill with one of your Colors Select All - Contract 4 - Delete - Deselect New Layer Fill with your Other Color Select All - Contract 2 - Delete - Deselect Merge these Layers together Drop Shadow 0, 0, 100 and 5
Paste your Tube and Move into Position Drop Shadow 20, 20, 100 and 100 Crop to Merged Opaque Add your Name, CR info and License# If you don't want to animate Save as a JPG and you're Done!
Avatar Shift+D to copy your Tag Remove Name and CR Layers Remove the Border Remove two of the Glitter Layers Resize to 400 X 200 Set your Crop Tool to 150 x 150 Move the Box over the part you want showing Hit the Check mark to apply Add the Border Add your Name and CR Info Save as a JPG and you're Done!
Animation Copy Merged and Open up Animation Shop(AS) Paste as a New Animation Back in PSP Hide the Top Glitter Layer In AS Paste After Current Frame Back in PSP Hide the Middle Glitter Layer In AS Paste After Current Frame View Animation to make sure all looks good Save as GiF and you're Done!
