Let's Begin!
Choose a medium-dark color to compliment your Tube for your BG Set the FG to Pattern and choose my Pattern Angle 0 - Scale 100
We're going to start with the larger Tag New Image - 600x400 Fill with your Color Adjust - Add Noise - Uniform - 23 - Mono checked Greg's Factory Output Vol II - Pool Shadow Move the Intensity slider to 50 Duplicate Layer - Image - Flip
New Layer Fill with My Pattern Transparency - Eliminate White Copy your Close-up and Paste as a New Layer Position as Desired
Rectangular Selection Tool Select an area around your Tube Make sure you have selected top to bottom Selections - Invert - Delete Change the Blend Mode to Luminance Pull down the Opacity a little Invert Selection New Layer - Drag it under your Tube Layer Fill with Black or a dark color from your Tube Deselect Add Noise using the same settings Drop Shadow - 15, 15, 100 and 30
Copy your smaller Tube and paste as a New Layer Position as desired Drop Shadow - 15, 15, 100 and 30
New Layer Fill with Dark Color Select All - Contract 2 - Delete - Deselect Crop your Tag
Add your Name, CR Info and License#
Time to get what we need for the Forum Sized Tag and Avi Shift+D to copy your Tag TWICE
On the First Copy Remove the Border Layer Make a Custom Selection The reason we're doing this instead of just Cropping it, is that you may want to move your Tubes around to create the look you want Once you're happy - Image - Crop to Selection New Layer - Fill with Dark Color Select All - Contract 2 - Delete - Deselect Add your Name, CR Info and License# Animate the same as the Tag This is your Forum Sized Tag
On the Second Copy Remove Art and Border layers Crop Tool - 150x150 Move to where you want it and click the green arrow to apply New Layer - Fill with Dark Color Select All - Contract 2 - Delete - Deselect Add your Initial Save as a JPG This is your Avatar
Animation Fire up Animation Shop(AS) In PSP - Copy Merged In AS - Paste as a New Animation Back in PSP Hide the top BGLayer Edit - Copy Merged In AS - Paste as After Current Frame
Edit - Select All - Animation - Frame Properties Change the Number to 50 Save as a Gif and you're Done!
