To Create this Set you will need

A Tube and a Close-up

I used Art by Jose Cano

I bought this Tube while he was with MPT

Tubes and License now available at SATC

Just right-click and save to your computer

Ready?

Let's Begin!

New Image - 600x400

Copy my Background and Paste as a New Layer

Copy your Close-up and Paste as a New Layer

Move to the Left Side

Duplicate - Mirror

Duplicate - Move Toward the Left Middle

Duplicate - Mirror

Now you should have something that looks like this:

Hide the layer with my background - Merge Visible

Duplicate your Tubes Layer

On the Original

Image - Flip

On the Duplicate - Opacity to 50%

Merge Visible

Un-hide the background

On the Tubes Layer

Fantastic Machines - Paint Engine

Duplicate

Adjust - Blur - Motion Blur

90° - 100%

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

Change the Blend Mode to Overlay or Hard Light

Merge Down

Duplicate Twice for a Total of Three layers

On each of these Layers

Alien Skin Eye Candy 6 Textures- Texture Noise

Hit the Random Seed Button once for each Layer

Hide the Top Two

Select the Top Layer

Add a New Layer

Make this Custom Selection

Fill with white or a light color of choice

Deselect

Effects - Distortion Effects - Wave

Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 75 and 15

Opacity to 75

New Layer

Fill with Black

Select All - Contract 3 - Delete - Expand 1

Invert - Fill with a color of choice

Deselect

Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 60 and 5

Copy your Tube and Paste as a New Layer

Position and give it a Drop Shadow

20, 20, 60 and 15

Crop to Merged Opaque

Add your Name, CR Info and License#

Let's get what we need for the Forum Tag and Avatar

Shift+D to Copy your Tag Twice

On the First Copy

Delete the Border

Make this Custom Selection

Move the Elements of your Tag around inside the Selection

Until you are satisfied - Dont forget your credits!

Make the Border Again

Make sure it's just below the Tube Layer

This is your Forum Tag

Set this aside for now

On the Second Copy

Delete the Border, Tube, Credits and Name Layers

Set your Crop Tool to 150x150

Move the Crop Box to where you want it

Hit the Green Check Mark to Apply

Add the Border

Add your Credits and Initial

This is your Avatar

Set this aside for now

Animation

The top two Texture Noise Layers should be hidden

If Not, Hide them Now

Edit - Copy

Open Animation Shop

Edit - Paste as New Animation

Back in PSP

Hide the Bottom Texture Noise Layer

Un-hide the Middle one

Edit - Copy

In Animation Shop

Edit - Paste After Current Frame

Back in PSP

Hide the Middle Texture Noise Layer

Un-hide the Top one

Edit - Copy

In Animation Shop

Edit - Paste After Current Frame

Edit - Select All

Animation - Frame Properties

Change the number to 50

Save as a Gif

Animate the Forum Tag and Avatar the same way
