New Image 600x250 Copy your Tube and Paste as New Layer MuRa's Meister - Copies Tiling(Feedback) - Change the Number to 2 Duplicate Layer On the Original Effects - Distortion Effects - Twirl - (neg)140 On the Duplicate Adjust - Blur - Motion Blur 45 degrees - 100% Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance Pull down the Opacity to 80% Merge Visible Duplicate - Change the Blend Mode to Overlay - Merge
**If it's darker than you want Duplicate and change the Blend Mode to Screen and Merge**
Duplicate again - Flip Blend Mode - Overlay
I colorized the BG, but you don't have to I used the Change to Target Brush Set your FG to the color you want to use Then set your Change to Target Brush like this
Holding your Left mouse button down, paint over the entire BG
Text Tool - BG Black FG Null - Create on Vector - Anti alias 1 Franklin Gothic Medium - size 20 Type out fight like a GIRL Objects - Align - Center in Canvas Rasterize Type MuRa's Meister - Copies Tiling(Feedback) - Change the Number to 2 - Tile Gap 2 Change the Blend Mode to Overlay Merge Visible Duplicate this Layer twice for a total of three Layers On each of these Layers Xenofex - Constellation
Hit the Random Seed Button once for each Layer Hide the top two of these Layers for now
Copy your Tube and Paste as a New Layer Place as Desired - Drop Shadow of choice
New Layer - Fill with a dark color Select All - Contract 2 - Delete - Expand 1 - Invert Fill with a light color - Deselect Add your Name, CR Info and License# if necessary
ANIMATION In PSP Edit - Copy Merged In Animation shop - Edit- Paste as new animation Back in PSP Hide the bottom Constellation Layer and unhide the middle one Edit - Copy merged In Animation shop - Edit - Paste after current frame Back in PSP Hide the middle Constellation Layer and unhide the top one Edit-copy merged In Animation shop - Edit- Paste after current frame View animation- If you like it, save as a gif and you're done!
