To create this set you will need A Tube and a Close-up I used art by Tim Lowery Tubes and License available at PTE MuRa's Meister - Copies DSB Flux - Bright Noise
Ready? Let's Begin! Choose a Color from your Tube New Image - 600x400 Fill with your Color Adjust - Add Noise Gaussian - 100% - Mono Checked Adjust - Blur - Motion Blur Angle 45° - Strength 100% Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance Custom Selection
Promote Selection to Layer Deselect Image - Mirror MuRa's Meister - Copies Line Preset - Default Settings Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 75 and 8 Highlight the BG Layer Effects - Texture Effects - Weave
Choose Black or a Dark Color for your Gap Color Make the Weave Color White or a Light Color for your Weave Color Duplicate this Layer twice On each of these BG Layers DSB Flux - Bright Noise 35 - Mix Checked Hit the Mix Button once for Each Layer
Highlight the Top BG Layer Custom Selection Copy your Close-up and Paste as a New Layer Move where you want it inside the Selection Selections - Invert Make sure you're on the Close-up Layer Delete - Deselect Drag this Layer to just above the Top BG Layer Change the Blend Mode to Luminance
Highlight the Top Layer Custom Selection
Delete - Deselect Copy your Tube and Paste as a New Layer Move into position and give it a Blurry Drop Shadow New Layer - Make sure it's on Top Fill with Black or another Dark Color Select All - Contract 3 - Delete Keep Selected Expand Selection by 1 - Invert Fill with the Color you chose in the beginning Deselect Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 75 and 8
Before we go any further Let's get what we need for Forum Tag and Avatar Shift+D to copy the Tag - TWICE
On the First Copy Remove Art and Border Layers Set the Crop Tool to 150x150 Move the Crop Box to where you want it Hit the Green Check Mark to Apply Add the Border Add your Initial Animate like we will for the Tag This is your Avatar
On the Second Copy Remove Border Layer Make this Custom Selection
Move your Tubes where you want them INSIDE the Selection Crop to Selection Add the Border Add your Name, Word Art, CR info and License# Animate like we will for the Tag This is your Forum Tag
Back to our Tag Add your Name, Word Art, CR Info and License#
Animation Fire up Animation Shop(AS) In PSP - Edit - Copy Merged In AS - Paste as a New Animation In PSP - Hide the Top BG Layer Edit - Copy Merged In AS - Paste after Current Frame In PSP - Hide the Middle BG Layer Edit - Copy Merged In AS - Paste after Current Frame That's it, you're done!
