To create this Tag you will need:

A Tube and a Close-up

I used Art by Barbara Jensen

Tubes and License Available HERE

MuRa's Meister - Copies

Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Textures - Texture Noise

AAA Frames - Foto Frame

My Selection HERE

Unzip into your Selections Folder

 

Ready?

Let's Begin!

New Image 800X650

Copy your Close-up and Paste as a New Layer

MuRa's Meister - Copies - Wallpaper (Default Settings)

Effects - Texture Effects -Weave (Default Settings)

Adjust - Blur - Motion Blur

Angle 45 - Strength 100%

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

 

Select All - Contract Selection 35

Invert Selection

Promote Selection to Layer - Image - Mirror

Keep Selected

AAA Frames - Foto Frame (Default Settings)

Deselect

 

Resize - Lock and All Layers Checked - 650X528

 

New Layer

Load SWWKerrySel Selection

Fill with Color of Choice

Deselect

 

Effects - Distortion Effects - Warp

Drop Shadow - 0, 5, 100 and 5

Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 100 and 5

Crop to Merged Opaque

 

Magic Wand - Mode Add(Shift) - Match Mode RGB Value

Tolerance and Feather 0

Click in one of your Colored Areas

Selections - Modify - Select Color Range

Tolerance 0 - Softness 20 - Add checked

Click in the Reference Color Box

Then click in the colored area on your Tag

Click OK

Now the Colored Area should be completely Selected

 

Copy your Close-Up and Paste as a New Layer

Move to where you want it inside the Selection on the Right Side

Copy your Tube and Paste as a New Layer

Move to where you want it inside the Selection on the Left Side

Merge Down - Invert Selection

Make sure you're on your Tubes Layer

Delete - Deselect

Adjust - Hue Saturation and Lightness

Move Both Sliders to 0

Bring down the Opacity a bit

Copy your Tube and Paste as a New Layer

Make sure it's on Top

Move to Where you want it

Drop Shadow - 5, 5, 50 and 25

Add your Name, CR Info and License#

 

Let's get ready to Animate!

Select your Bottom Layer

Duplicate Twice for a Total of Three Layers

On each of these Layers

Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Textures - Texture Noise

Hit the Random Seed Button once for each Layer

Leave all Layers Visible

 

ANIMATION

Fire up Animation Shop(AS)

In PSP - Edit - Copy Merged

In AS - Edit - Paste as a New Animation

Back in PSP - Hide the Top BG Layer

Edit - Copy Merged

In AS - Paste after Current Frame

Back in PSP - Hide the Middle BG Layer

Edit - Copy Merged

In AS - Paste after Current Frame

Save as a Gif and you're Done!
