To create this Set you will need:

A Tube and a Close-up

I used art by Elias Chatzoudis

I bought this tube when he was with MPT

As of this writing, his art and license are available from PTE

DSB Flux - Bright Noise

Font of Choice - I used P22 OhLey

 

Ready?

Let's Begin!

 

Choose a dark color for your BG

Choose a light color for your FG

On the BG - Make a FG/BG Radial Gradient

New Image - 600x250

Fill with your gradient

 

New Layer

Select All - Contract 20 - Fill with your light color

Contract 5 - Delete - Contract 10 - Fill

Contract 5 - Delete - Contract 10 - Fill

Contract 5 - Delete - Deselect

Drop Shadow 0, 0, 33 and 5

 

Effects - Reflection Effects - Pattern

 

Duplicate this layer twice for a total of three Layers

On each of these - DSB Flux - Bright Noise

66 - Mix Checked - Hit the Mix button once for each Layer

Hide the top two Layers for now

 

Highlight your BG Layer

Selection Tool - Custom Selection

Promote this Selection to Layer

Arrange - Bring to Top - Deselect

L en K - Zitah

Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 40 and 23

Copy your Close - Up and Paste as a New Layer

Move left and change the Blend Mode to Soft Light

Or some other Blend Mode that looks good to you

 

Copy your Tube and Paste as a New Layer

Place as desired

Drop Shadow of choice - Crop your Tag

New Layer - Arrange - Bring to Top

 

Fill with your BG color

Select All - Contract 1 - Delete - Deselect

Add your Name, CR info and License#

 

ANIMATION

In PSP - Edit - Copy Merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste as new animation

Back in PSP

Hide the bottom DSB Flux layer and unhide the middle one

Edit - Copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit - Paste after current frame

Back in PSP

Hide the middle DSB Flux layer and unhide the top one

Edit-copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste after current frame

View animation- If you like it, save as a gif and you're done!
