Ready? Let's Begin! New Image - 600x250 Copy your Tube and Paste as a new layer on your Tag MuRa Meister - Copies - Wallpaper - Default Settings Gaussian Blur - Radius 10 Add Noise - Gaussian - 21% - Mono Checked Mehdi Weaver Size Range 300-500 - Move the Size slider to 500
Ulead Effects - Fantasy Warp Hit the Reset Button Then Choose Pattern Template 4
Custom Selection Top - 194 Right - 18 Bottom - 203 Left - 11
Selections - Modify - Select Color Range Tolerance and Softness - 20 Click in the Reference Color Box Then hover over the Selected spot on your Tag Then click inside the selection Click ok in the Color dialog box that pops up Then Click ok in the Select Color Range dialog box Duplicate this Layer Twice for a Total of Three layers On each of these Layers DSB Flux - Bright Noise - Mix - 17% Hit the Mix Button once for each Layer Deselect Copy your Tube and Paste as a New Layer Move to Top if not already there Give it a Blurry Drop Shadow Crop your Tag New Layer - Send to Top Fill with Black or a Dark color from your Tube Select All - Contract 1 - Delete - Deselect Add your Name, CR Info and License # if necessary
ANIMATION Hide your top two DSB Flux layers - Edit - Copy Merged In Animation shop - Edit- Paste as new animation Back in PSP- Hide the bottom and top DSB Flux layers and unhide the middle one Edit - Copy merged In Animation shop - Edit - Paste after current frame Back in PSP- Hide the bottom and middle DSB Flux layers and unhide the top one Edit-copy merged In Animation shop - Edit- Paste after current frame View animation- If you like it, save as a gif and you're done!
AvatarShift+D to copy your Tag Delete the Layers you don't want Add your Initial and CR info and Lic# Make a 1px Border like you did for the Tag Save as a jpg and you're done!
