To create this Set you will need A Tube I used art by Freya Langford-Sidebottom Tubes and License available from PSP Asylum Font of Choice - I used Base:Christmas DSB Flux - Bright Noise MuRa's Meister - Copies Ready? Let's Begin!
Choose Two contrasting colors for your FG/BG New Image - 800x800 Custom Selection
Fill with one of your colors
Custom Selection Fill with your other color
Custom Selection
Fill with your first color - Deselect Use your Mover Tool to center your stripes
MuRa's Meister - Copies - Line Preset - Number 8
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance - Twice
Effects - Reflection Effects - Rotating Mirror
Duplicate Layer Image - Mirror Change the Blend Mode to Overlay or one you like Better Merge Visible Crop Tool - 600x250 Move to the part you want showing I chose an area toward the bottom center Click the green arrow to apply the crop
Get out your Magic Wand and click in an area that you Don't want Noise on Selections - Modify - Select Color Range Tolerance 5 - Softness 20 - Add Color Range checked Click in the Reference Color Box Then click in the area you selected Click ok, then ok again Now all the areas of the same color should be selected Selections - Invert
Duplicate this Layer twice for a total of three Layers DSB Flux - Bright Noise 50 - Mix checked - Hit the Mix button once for each Layer On each of these Layers Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 80 and 7 - Deselect Hide the top two Layers for now
Copy your Tube and Paste as a New Layer Place as desired - Drop Shadow of choice Crop your Tag
New Layer Fill with one of your colors Select All - Contract 2 - Delete - Expand 1 - Invert Fill with your other color You may have to zoom in Deselect Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 80 and 7 Add your Name, CR info and License# if necessary
ANIMATION
In PSP Edit - Copy Merged In Animation shop - Edit- Paste as new animation Back in PSP Hide the bottom DSB Flux layer and unhide the middle one Edit - Copy merged In Animation shop - Edit - Paste after current frame Back in PSP Hide the middle DSB Flux layer and unhide the top one Edit-copy merged In Animation shop - Edit- Paste after current frame View animation- If you like it, save as a gif and you're done!
