Ready? Let's Begin!
Copy your Tube and Paste as a New Image Resize to 400px High Image - Canvas Size 600x400 - Lock unchecked - Centered
MuRa's Meister - Copies Tiling(Feedback) - Default Settings
Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur
Duplicate Layer Effects - Distortion Effects - Pixelate Width 12 - Height 66 - Symmetric Unchecked Filter Factory D - Dimensia - Move the Slider to 16 Merge Visible
Make this Custom Selection
Selections - Invert - Promote Selection to Layer - Deselect Image - Mirror and Flip
Duplicate your Promoted Selection Layer Effects - Texture Effects - Weave 1, 5 and 1 - Fill Checked Both Colors White or Light color of choice Change the Blend Mode to Soft Light Deselect Hide the Bottom Layer Merge Visible Select the Center of your Tag again Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout
Change the color to a dark one that will compliment your Tube Do the Cutout again, but change the V and H to -10
Select the Bottom Layer Duplicate twice for a total of Three Layers
On the Top Copy Image - Free Rotate 90 Degrees Left All Layers and Rotate Unchecked Duplicate this Layer Image - Mirror Drag this Layer so it's just above the Bottom Layer
Select the Layer that's just below the Top Layer Copy your Close-up and Paste as a New Layer Change the Blend Mode to Overlay - Opacity 80
Select the Top Layer Copy your Tube and Paste as a New Layer Position as Desired Drop Shadow of choice
New Layer Fill with Color of choice Select All - Contract 2 - Delete - Deselect
Adjust - Add Noise - 100% - Gaussian - Mono Checked Drop Shadow - -2, 2, 38 and 2 Crop your Tag to 600x600 Add your Name, CR Info and License#
Ok now let's get what we need for the Forum Tag and Avatar Shift+D to Duplicate your Tag - TWICE
On the first copy Remove the Border Remove the Tube Layer Set your Crop Tool to 150x150 Move to where you want it Hit the green check mark to apply
New Layer Fill with Color of choice Select All - Contract 2 - Delete - Deselect
Adjust - Add Noise - 100% - Gaussian - Mono Checked Drop Shadow - -2, 2, 38 and 2 Add your Initial, CR Info and License# Animate like the Tag
On the Second Copy Remove the Border Make a Custom Selection
Move the Tubes around if you need to Add your Name, CR Info and License# Crop to Selection New Layer Fill with Color of choice Select All - Contract 2 - Delete - Deselect
Adjust - Add Noise - 100% - Gaussian - Mono Checked Drop Shadow - -2, 2, 38 and 2 Animate like the Tag
Animation Edit - Copy Merged Open Animation Shop Paste as a New Animation In PSP - Hide the Top BG Layer Edit - Copy Merged In Animation Shop Paste After Current Frame In PSP - Hide the Next BG Layer Down Edit - Copy Merged In Animation Shop Paste After Current Frame In PSP - Hide the Next BG Layer Down Edit - Copy Merged In Animation Shop Paste After Current Frame
Edit - Select All - Animation Frame Properties - Change the Number to 50 Save as a Gif and you're Done!
