Ready? Let's Begin!
Choose black or a very dark color from your Tube for FG Choose a medium color for your BG Make this Gradient New Image - 600x250 Fill with your Gradient

Copy your Close-up and paste as a New Layer Place as desired and change the Blend mode to your Liking I used screen on the top example and Overlay for the second one Pull down the Opacity a little bit
Crop your Tag
Duplicate this Layer Twice for a Total of Three Layers Starting with the Top one Greg's Factory Output II - Pool Shadow For the Middle Layer change the Top Diagonal Setting to 96 For the Bottom Layer change the Top Diagonal Setting to 103 Hide the Bottom Two Layers for now
Highlight the Top Layer Copy your Tube and Paste as a New Layer Position as desired Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Perspective Shadow Crop your Tag again
Make sure your Tube Layer is Highlighted Filter Factory A - Pool Shadow You might want to move the Shadow Intensity slider Up or down a bit so you are not obscuring the Part of the Tube you want to show - Just watch the preview window
New Layer - Send to Top Fill with Dark color Select All - Contract 3 - Delete Expand 1 - Invert Fill selection with light color Deselect Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 60 and 3 Add your Name, CR Info and License#
ANIMATION In PSP - Edit - Copy Merged In Animation shop - Edit- Paste as new animation Back in PSP Hide the layer and unhide the middle one Edit - Copy merged In Animation shop - Edit - Paste after current frame Back in PSP Hide the middle layer and unhide the bottom one Edit-copy merged In Animation shop - Edit- Paste after current frame Edit - Select All Animation - Frame Properties Change the number to 50 View animation- If you like it, save as a gif and you're done!
