Ready? Let's Begin! Choose a Bright Color from your Tube New Image - 600 X 600 Select All Copy your Close-Up tube and Paste INTO Selection Deselect MuRa's Meister - Copies - Wallpaper(rotate) Image Effects - Seamless Tiling - Default Settings Duplicate
On the Original - Radial Blur
On the Duplicate - BKG Kaleidoscope - Kaleidoscope 9
Change the Blend Mode to something you like Drop the opacity a bit Merge Visible
New Layer Load my Selection Fill with the Color you Chose Deselect Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Distortion Filters - Cracked Move the Slider to 255 Click Apply Add Noise - Gaussian - 100% - Monochrome Checked Drop Shadow - 2, 2 , 66 and 2
Crop Tool Set like So:
If it's not there already, move the Crop Box to the top of the Tag Click the arrow to apply
Select your BG Layer Paste your Close-Up and move into Position Change the Blend Mode to something you like Pull down the Opacity a little Merge Down Crop to Merged Opaque
Select the Top Layer New layer Fill with a color from your Tube Select All - Contract 2px - Delete - Deselect
Select the Top Layer Paste your Tube as a New layer Move into Position Drop Shadow - 20. 20, 50 and 20 Crop to Merged Opaque
Add your Name and CR Info Set this aside for a moment
Shift+D to Copy your Tag Resize the Duplicate to 400 X 200 Set your Crop Tool to 150 X 150 Move over the area you want showing Hit the check mark to apply Add the Border, Name and CR Info Save as a JPG This is your Avatar
Ok, you made it this far, Yay! Now it's time to decide if you want to Anmate or not. If you Don't, save as a JPEG and you're done If you Do, then let's move on
ANIMATION Copy your background Layer Fire up Animation Shop(AS) Paste as a New Animation Insert Image Effect Choose the Posterize Effect
Click the Customize button
Now you'll have 21 Frames Scroll all the way over to the First Frame Click to Select it Delete it Edit - Select All - Animation - Reverse Frames Edit - Copy - Edit - Undo Reverse Frames Scroll all the way to the last Frame Click to Select it Paste After Current Frame Now you should have 40 Frames View - Animation to make sure the Animation is smooth If it looks right, move on If it doesn't look right, undo and try again
Moving on Go back to PSP Hide the Bottom Layer Copy Merged Back in AS Paste as a New Animation Hold down the Shift Key and repeatedly hit the "L" Key until you've made 40 Frames You can see how many frames you have by watching the bottom right corner Select All - Edit - Copy Go back to your First Animation Select All - Edit - Paste INTO Selected Frame Click to Place View - Animation again to make sure everything looks right Save as a GIF
