To create this Tag you will need:

A Tube

MuRa's Meister - Copies

Filters Unlimited 2

AAA Frames - Foto Frame

Italian Editors Generatore - Pattern Cioccolata

Filter Factory N - Flipper

The last two HERE

 

Ready?

Let's Begin!

 

Choose Contrasting or Light and Dark colors for your FG and BG

Make a Radial Gradient on the FG

Angle 135 - Repeats 7

 

New Image 650X500

Paste your Tube as a new layer

MuRa's Meister - Copies - Line preset - Default Settings

Filters Unlimited 2 - Tile and Mirror - Quadrant Mirror

Duplicate layer

Italian Editors Generatore - Pattern Cioccolata

Change the Blend Mode to Screen

Merge Visible

 

New Layer - Fill with your Gradient

Select All - Contract 85 - Delete - Deselect

Filter Factory N - Flipper - Default Settings

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds

Make the color White or a

Duplicate - Rotate 90 degrees right - All layers Unchecked

 

Drop Shadow - 0,0,100 and 20

 

Select the Bottom layer

AAA Frames - Foto Frame

 

Select All - Contract 30 - Invert - Promote Selection - Deselect

Bring this Layer to the Top

 

Merge the Bottom two layers together

Select the Top layer

Paste your Tube and move into position

Drop shadow - 20, 20, 40 and 50

Crop to Merged Opaque

Add your Name, CR info and License#

 

If you like it without the Animation save as a JPEG and you're done!

 

Animation

Highlight the Bottom Layer

Edit - Copy

Open Animation Shop(AS)

Paste as New Animation

Effects - Insert Image Effects - Explode

Animation Frame Checked

 

Now you have 21 Frames

Scroll to the First Frame

Delete the First Three Frames

Edit - Select All

Animation - Reverse Frames

Edit - Copy

Edit - Undo Reverse Frames

Scroll to the last frame

Click to Select it

Edit - Paste After Current Frame

Now you should have 36 frames

 

Go Back to PSP

Copy the Bottom layer again

 

Back in AS

Edit - Paste as New Animation

Hold down CTRL and Press the "L" key repeatedly until you have 36 Frames

You can see how many frames you have by looking in the bottom right of your AS Window

Mine looks like this:

 

 

Go back to the first Animation you made

Edit - Select All

Edit - Copy

Then on the Second Animation

Edit - Select All

Edit - Paste INTO Selected Frame

Click to Place

This is your Tag

You can close out the first Animation now

 

Go back to PSP

Hide the Bottom Layer

Copy Merged

 

Back in AS

Hold down CTRL and Press the "L" key repeatedly until you have 36 Frames

Edit - Select All

Edit - Copy

Go to your Tag

Edit - Select All

Edit - Paste INTO Selected Frame

Click to Place

That's it, save as a GIF and you're done!
