To create this Set you will need

A Tube

I used Art by BamBam

Tubes and license are available from PTE

DSB Flux - Bright Noise

Font of choice - I used GreyQo Rob

Ready?

Let's Begin!

New Image - 600x600

Fill with a very dark color from your Tube

New Layer

Custom Selection

Fill with a light color of your choice

Effects - Texture Effects - Weave

Deselect

Effects - Distortion Effects - Wave

Make the color the same as your light color

Resize Image - 600x250

Custom Selection

Selections - Modify - Select Color Range

Softness and Tolerance 20

Click in the Reference Color Box

Then Click in the center of your Selection

Then click ok

Selections Invert - Delete - Deselect

Duplicate this Layer twice for a total of three Layers

On each of these - DSB Flux - Bright Noise

37 - Mix checked - Hide the top two Layers for now

Copy your Tube and Paste as a New layer

Send to Top if necessary

Drop Shadow of choice - Crop your Tag

New Layer

Fill with dark color

Select All - Contract 2 - Delete - Expand 1 - Invert

Fill with another color - Deselect

Drop Shadow - 2, 2, 50 and 2

then -2, -2, 50 and 2

Add your Name, CR info and License#

ANIMATION

In PSP - Edit - Copy Merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste as new animation

Back in PSP

Hide the bottom DSB Flux layer and unhide the middle one

Edit - Copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit - Paste after current frame

Back in PSP

Hide the middle DSB Flux layer and unhide the top one

Edit-copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste after current frame

View animation- If you like it, save as a gif and you're done!

New Image - 600x600

Fill with a Light color from your Tube

New Layer

Custom Selection

Fill with a Dark color

Effects - Texture Effects - Weave

Change the colors to your Light Color

Deselect

Effects - Distortion Effects - Wave

Make the color the same as your Dark color

Resize Image - 600x250

Duplicate your BACKGROUND Layer twice for a total of three Layers

On each of these - DSB Flux - Bright Noise

37 - Mix checked - Hide the top two Layers for now

Copy your Tube and Paste as a New layer

Send to Top if necessary

Drop Shadow of choice - Crop your Tag

New Layer

Fill with dark color

Select All - Contract 2 - Delete - Expand 1 - Invert

Fill with another color - Deselect

Drop Shadow - 2, 2, 50 and 2

then -2, -2, 50 and 2

Add your Name, CR info and License#

Animate like we did for the first Tag
