To create this set you will need:

PSP and Animation Shop

Both available from Corel

A Tube

I used art by Ismael Rac

Tubes and License Available at his STORE

Mehdi - Kaleidoscope 2.1

DSB Flux - Bright Noise

Greg's Factory Output 2 - Pool Shadow

MuRa's Meister - Copies

Ready?

Let's Begin!

Choose a color from your Tube for your FG

New Image - 600x250

Fill with your color

Effects - Texture Effects - Weave - Fill Gaps checked

1, 3 and 3 - Weave and Gap color a dark color from your Tube

Greg's Pool Shadow - Intensity to 50

Duplicate this Layer Twice for a total of Three Layers

On each of these - DSB Flux - Bright Noise

25 - Mix Checked - Hit the Mix Button once each time

New Layer - Send to Top

Selection Tool - Custom Selection

Top - 0, Right - 335

Bottom - 250, Left - 265

Choose a color slightly darker than your DSB Flux Layers

Fill Selection with this color - Deselect

MuRa's Meister - Copies

Line Preset - Change the Number to 5

Mehdi - Kaleidoscope 2.1

Do the same Pool Shadow Effect you did before

Drop Shadow - 0, 0, 45 and 20

New Layer - Fill with Black or a very dark shade of your BG color

Send to Bottom

Selection Tool - Custom Selection

Top - 3, Right - 600

Bottom - 247, Left - 0

Selections - Invert

On ALL Layers Except the BG - DELETE - Deselect

Before we move on with the Tag,

Let's make the Avatar

Shift+D to copy your Tag

Using your Crop Tool - Crop to 150x150

Make sure you don't get any of the Black BG Showing

Selection Tool - Custom Selection

Top - 3, Right - 150

Bottom - 147, Left - 0

Selections - Invert

Just like we did for the Tag

Hit the Delete Key for each layer but the BG

Deselect

Add your Name or Initial

Animate like we will for the Tag

Back to our Tag

Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Send to Top

Give it a blurry Drop Shadow

Crop your Tag to 600x250

Add your Name, CR info and License # if necessary

ANIMATION

Hide your top two DSB Flux layers - Edit - Copy Merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste as new animation

Back in PSP

Hide the bottom DSB Flux layer and unhide the middle one

Edit - Copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit - Paste after current frame

Back in PSP

Hide the middle DSB Flux layer and unhide the top one

Edit-copy merged

In Animation shop - Edit- Paste after current frame

View animation- If you like it, save as a gif and you're done!
